Marcore Characteristics

1. 2″ Dovetail light gauge cold formed steel deck. Available in 18, 20, and 22 gage. G60 and G90.
2. Allows for spans up to 25′.
3. More cost effective than typical Cast in Place Concrete.
4. Shorter lead times and more schedule friendly than other precast systems.
5. Marcore Slab beams can reduce the overall thickness for a given span.
6. Marcore can minimize the overall building height.
7. UL Fire Rated for 1 to 3 hours.
8. Marcore has an optional hanger system that can accommodate mechanical, electrical, piping, ducts, and ceilings.
